John's News:
Moved: I have sold my home and have an apartment in south orange county after the divorce last year. It is my intention to buy another home soon, maybe this year, some where in Laguna Niguel area... We'll have to see what's up Ole Greenspan's sleve.... So if you want to get in touch with me, shoot me an Email and Ill send you my new contact information!
Yes, Divorced: Don't know that this really requires explanation, but for those who ask, and it seems every one does, I am... All I can tell you is its for the better and I am happy. This is not bad thing at all. I am happy where I am in my life and I wouldn't change anything about it. I know I have the support of my close friends and those in my life who love me. Sounds rather boring, but LIFE IS GOOD !!!

Corvette Modifications: REDKULS...( ridicules )Well, as many of you know, I am the proud owner of a 50th Anniversary C5-z06, which I dearly love to drive. Stock it came with a standard z06 modified LS1 engine with 405hp, which I have left alone. However I have made other modifications to the car which truly make all the difference in the world.

First I have added a Hurricane intake system which is a replacement for the completely under sized air-box that came stock. This unit adds an instant 28hp plus an additional 1Hp for every 10mph of speed the car is traveling. It works in conjunction with the radiator shroud which scoops the air from under the front end up into the intake acting like RAM Air systems much like the Pontiac versions on the WS6 Trans Am. ( had one of them at one point as well )

I then added a Magna-Flow X pipe from the headers back to the mufflers, this adds increased air flow and larger diameter tubes from the headers. They are about and inch bigger than the original stock titanium H pipe. 20 more horsies......

Last I added a high flow Borla 4 port self tuning muffler system which really lets the engine breath well. And the sound is incredible! Reminds me of going to the NASCAR Races..

All in All after all the work I have easily attained another 60hp to 70hp and knocked a few tenths off the 1/4 mile..
